Delivery Locations    

We proudly offer delivery across India, reaching even the most remote areas. While we don’t currently ship internationally, we’re working on expanding our reach to serve customers worldwide in the future.    

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes    

Once your order is placed, our team works quickly to process it within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After processing, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and an estimated delivery date. Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location.    

What Happens If Delivery Fails?    

If delivery fails due to reasons like incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, our courier partner will make two more attempts. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be sent back to us. You can request re-delivery, but please note that additional shipping charges may apply.    

Damaged or Lost Orders    

We carefully package every item to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery, and include clear photos of the damage. In the rare case of a lost order, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we’ll either send a replacement or process a refund.    

Special Delivery Notes    

Certain items, like oversized clothing or fragile products, might require specific delivery arrangements. If applicable, these details will be mentioned on the product page, so you can plan accordingly before completing your purchase.
