  • All tags, invoices, and packaging must be intact.  
  • We recommend holding onto the packaging until you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.

After we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our quality standards, we’ll process your refund. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method you used at checkout.    

Important Refund Guidelines    

To maintain the quality you deserve, refunds are only available for products that are returned in their original, unused condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not qualify for a refund. Each returned item is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards.    

Non-Refundable Items    

Certain items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene or customization reasons. Please review the following list before completing your purchase:      

  • Innerwear & Lingerie: Non-returnable for hygiene purposes.  
  • Swimwear & Activewear: Items in direct contact with the skin cannot be returned.  
  • Customized & Personalized Items: Made-to-order products are not eligible for refunds.  
  • Clearance & Sale Items: Final sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
